Why Payerdigm

We built the solution we could not find for our own clients

Our founders have spent careers inside treasury, revenue cycle, and healthcare banking. The same failure mode kept showing up across every engagement — and nobody owned it end-to-end. Payerdigm is that owner.

The gap

Banking modernization outran enrollment execution

Health systems invest millions in new banking platforms, treasury technology, and payment infrastructure. The work to move payers to the new platform is typically left to internal staff or consultants who treat it as a side project.

The cost

Enrollment delays quietly break cash flow

Missed EDI, ERA, and EFT transitions translate into days and weeks of delayed revenue, paper checks, and manual posting. Go-lives slip. Projected benefits disappear. The issue rarely gets named — it just shows up in the numbers.

The answer

One team accountable for every payer

Payerdigm pairs dedicated enrollment specialists with a purpose-built platform. We scope the full project, execute every payer transition, and give your team live visibility — so the benefit of your new banking platform actually lands.
